To whom it may concern: I am so grateful to know Carol Deardoff. I met Carol when I lived in Palm Springs at an open house that she was attending to in my neighborhood. We had a great conversation and I really respected her knowledge of the real estate market in the Desert. Though, at the time I was not in the market to sell or buy anything. I keep in contact with Carol even to this day! Back in 2017, my job came to a close and I decided to retire and sell my place in Palm Springs. Since then, I moved back to the Midwest where I was born and raised. I immediately contacted Carol as I knew she was a respected realtor in the Desert area for several decades, a top seller, and she knows all the ins and outs of the area and had an excellent grasp of the real estate market including pricing. I am picky when choosing a realtor to buy/sell my property. Carol advised me of the pricing and listed it. Within a couple of weeks I had an offer even though at the time the market was very soft. Carol pulled together all the documentation in a very professional way and moved quickly to a closing date. At the last minute the buyer got cold feet and was backing out of the offer. Carol got right on it as the buyers real estate salesperson was very inexperienced and did not know what to do. Carol miraculously got the approval of the selling agent to talk to the buyer and salvaged the deal. Carol is relentless, a stickler to details, kept me well apprised during the due diligence process in a timely manner and went way beyond the call of duty to get my transaction completed. I am grateful for her efforts as I truly believe no other realtor would have gone the distance Carol did to get this property closed. In the past year, I recommended Carol to a neighbor of mine in Palm Springs who were selling their existing property and upgrading to a new one. They hired Carol and were so happy with her results that Carol made a sell and a buy transaction with this couple very quickly. They are forever grateful to Carol. If anyone has questions or would like more input as to how well Carol performed in selling my property please contact me. You will not go wrong hiring Carol! Sincerely, Mark A. Shain
Miss Carol Deardorff is my real estate agent. She has lead and directed the way to complete 2 transactions (a sale and a buy) over the last 75 days. Each Transaction closed as scheduled or earlier. She truly understands the real estate agent duties; and responsibilities; and the local market. She is an expert. Her communication skills are superior. Each step of the transaction was verbally defined; she continuously provide updates (email, text and phone calls) without requesting updates. If we had a problem on the transaction; Carol offered solutions and implemented them immediately. In addition, Carol has various resources (her broker, mortgage company contacts, various inspectors, contractors, escrow contacts, etc.) that she used to resolve issues that would surface during the escrow period. During the 2 transactions with Carol, I put my main home in Rancho Cucamonga up for sale. We ran into various issues with this sale. Carol quickly offered ideas, solutions and support to resolve the issues. Throughout the process, I felt Carol truly cared about me, the transaction and about the support team members (i.e. transaction coordinator, loan officer, inspectors, seller's agent, etc.) and that made we feel good. When I talk to others about my experience on selling my vacation home and buying my new main residence; I rave about my experience working with Carol. If you need a real estate agent to get the job done on schedule, you need to call Carol. Period. Best Regards, Thomas E. Mendez
My name is Dominick Sanzone. I was introduced to Carol Deardorff by my uncle and aunt who purchased property with Carol as their agent in 1984. During the last thirty five , Carol has handled many family transactions for my family. When I decided to purchase in January, I contacted Carol on recommendation from a cousin. This was the best recommendation I ever received. Carol was always on top of everything for me. She returned my calls and emails immediately. She was always concerned if I had any issues while in escrow, and after the sale was completed. I have never had an agent this efficient. Carol is now family to me. I will recommend her to everyone interested in a home transaction. I own an insurance practice with about fifty agents reporting to me. I hope to teach them business practices as Carol has shown me. Thank you Carol Don Sanzone
